3. Data We Collect

jiliasian collects the following categories of personal data:

• Registration Data: Full name, date of birth, nationality, residential address (including city — e.g., Manila, Cebu, Davao, Quezon City, Makati), email address, and mobile number provided when you create a jiliasian Account.
• Identity Verification Data: Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's licence), proof of address documents, and selfie photographs submitted for KYC verification purposes.
• Financial Data: Payment method details (GCash account number, Maya account number, bank account details for BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, or Security Bank, or debit card details), transaction history, deposit and withdrawal records.
• Gaming Activity Data: Game history, wagering records, session duration, win/loss records, and bonus usage history.
• Technical Data: IP address, device type, operating system, browser type and version, screen resolution, and session timestamps collected automatically when you access the Platform.
• Communications Data: Records of your communications with jiliasian customer support, including chat transcripts, emails, and support ticket history.
• Responsible Gaming Data: Self-imposed limits, cooling-off periods, self-exclusion requests, and any information you provide in connection with responsible gaming tools.

4. How We Collect Your Data

jiliasian collects personal data through the following means:

• Directly from you: When you register an Account, complete KYC verification, make a deposit or withdrawal, contact customer support, or use responsible gaming tools on the Platform.

6. Legal Basis for Processing

jiliasian processes your personal data on the following legal bases under the Data Privacy Act of 2012:

• Contractual Necessity: Processing is necessary to perform our contract with you (the Terms & Conditions), including Account management, payment processing, and game provision.
• Legal Obligation: Processing is necessary to comply with applicable Philippine laws and regulations, including PAGCOR requirements, AML obligations, and tax reporting requirements.
• Legitimate Interests: Processing is necessary for jiliasian's legitimate interests, including fraud prevention, platform security, and responsible gaming enforcement, where these interests are not overridden by your rights.
• Consent: Where required by law, we will seek your explicit consent before processing your personal data for specific purposes, such as direct marketing communications.

7. Data Sharing & Disclosure

jiliasian does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients, strictly on a need-to-know basis:

• Payment Processors: GCash, Maya, and Philippine banking partners (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank) to process deposits and withdrawals.
• Identity Verification Providers: Third-party KYC and AML screening services used to verify player identity and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Technology Service Providers: Cloud hosting, platform infrastructure, and security service providers who process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements.
• Game Providers: Licensed game software providers whose games are available on the jiliasian platform, to the extent necessary for game operation and RNG certification.

8. Data Retention

jiliasian retains your personal data for as long as your Account remains active and for a period thereafter as required by applicable Philippine law and regulation. Specifically:

• Account and KYC data is retained for a minimum of five (5) years following Account closure, in compliance with AML and PAGCOR record-keeping requirements.
• Financial transaction records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the date of the transaction.
• Gaming activity data is retained for a minimum of three (3) years following Account closure.
• Communications data is retained for a minimum of two (2) years following the date of the communication.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, jiliasian will securely delete or anonymise your personal data in accordance with our data disposal procedures.

9. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

jiliasian uses cookies and similar technologies (such as web beacons and local storage) to operate and improve the Platform. Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit the jiliasian website.

We use the following categories of cookies:

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential for the Platform to function. These include session authentication cookies that keep you logged in to your jiliasian Account. These cookies cannot be disabled.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiliasian login credentials and for notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

11. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data held by jiliasian:

• Right to be Informed: The right to be informed of how your personal data is collected, used, and processed — which this Privacy Policy fulfils.

12. Children & Minors

jiliasian is strictly an adults-only platform. The minimum age to register and use jiliasian is 21 years, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations. jiliasian does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If jiliasian becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, we will immediately close the associated Account, forfeit any balances in accordance with our Terms & Conditions, and securely delete the personal data collected. 13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

jiliasian reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify you via the Platform or by email to your registered address. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.
