By creating an Account on jiliasian, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions are effective from the date of your registration and remain in force for the duration of your use of the Platform.
jiliasian reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.
These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with jiliasian's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.
To register and use jiliasian, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:
jiliasian reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Any winnings accrued by an ineligible Player may be forfeited.
Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on jiliasian. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. jiliasian is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. jiliasian will never ask you for your password. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified jiliasian of unauthorised access.
jiliasian may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed appropriate. KYC documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
jiliasian accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, debit card, and bank transfer to participating Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).
The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be communicated within the Platform. jiliasian does not accept deposits via credit card or any form of cryptocurrency.
Deposits are credited to your Wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. jiliasian is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. If a deposit is not reflected in your Wallet within a reasonable time, contact jiliasian support with your transaction reference number.
All funds deposited into your jiliasian Wallet are held for the purpose of gaming on the Platform. jiliasian does not pay interest on Wallet balances. Deposited funds are not insured by any government deposit insurance scheme.
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to make a deposit on jiliasian. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
Before processing any withdrawal, jiliasian may require completion of KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal requests held pending document submission and review.
jiliasian aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya within minutes for fully verified Accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank. Processing times are estimates and may vary.
jiliasian reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, jiliasian may request additional documentation before releasing funds.
Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees will be communicated within the Platform at the time of the withdrawal request.
jiliasian may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer, including applicable Wagering Requirements.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings is permitted. Wagering Requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonuses not used within their validity period will expire and be forfeited.
jiliasian reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment purposes only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic play, collusion, or other means constitutes bonus abuse and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses are available to one Account per household, per IP address, and per device. jiliasian may limit bonus eligibility at its sole discretion.
All games available on jiliasian use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel in the jiliasian lobby.
Each game on the Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between a game's displayed rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating to gameplay, and these Terms & Conditions shall prevail for all other matters.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, jiliasian reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Wallet. jiliasian is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
jiliasian reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of software error, data corruption, or manipulation. Decisions made by jiliasian in such circumstances are final.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jiliasian and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:
jiliasian cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies, including PAGCOR, in the investigation of suspected illegal activity. jiliasian may report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the Player.

jiliasian's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jiliasian does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
jiliasian collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
jiliasian implements industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and jiliasian cannot guarantee absolute data security.
jiliasian reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jiliasian will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the jiliasian Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
jiliasian operates in alignment with the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR for online gaming in the Philippines. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
